Fine dining Indian restaurant Benares in Mayfair is extending Eat Out to Help Out extension to offer £10pp off food and non-alcoholic drinks when ordering from the à la carte or new tasting menus. At breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, afternoon tea or dinner, guests can enjoy spectacular views from Level 31 of The Shard.
We perused the menu (it was Mr Kiwi's first QR menu and the techie in him just about exploded with joy) umming and aaaahing over the menu selection before us. The Aqua Shard weekend brunch has a 3 course menu; and eventually I chose to begin with their delicate ChalkStream® trout tartare served with Fennel, blood orange (I loved the flavour combination, it was bright and intriguing) whilst Mr Kiwi selected the Bangla Travel Vlog eggs Benedict.

This stylish, plant-filled canteen at the Clerkenwell end of Old Street will continue offering a discount (of 25%) on pizzas through September.
